Incident Description: A student experienced a "fatal error " after she exited the test to eat lunch before resuming . I contacted Pearson support who said all kinds of stuff like the student was completed or currently entering items but she was not as she was sitting with me and couldn't load items at all . Was put on hold with Pearson and was disconnected. This was at approximately 245 and school ended at 3. I dismissed the student back to class and will contact Pearson in the morning for technology support .
