Welcome to the Test Disruption Tracking System. To search for existing records use the Search screen or to create a new record use the Create screen.

Minnesota Statute 120B.30, Subd 6 requires MDE to provide a way for the public to review and report online testing disruptions that have occurred, such as a technical issue that impacted testing.

  • To search for existing records, use the Search Notification screen
  • To create a record, use the Create Notification screen
Note that reports should be made to provide awareness about a disruption. They should NOT be used to seek assistance for resolving issues; instead, districts and schools must contact the appropriate service provider directly when seeking assistance with technical issues impacting testing. Any information entered is available for the general public to view and search.
